【摘要】 文章针对珠江三角洲地区机动车排放污染严重的实际问题,从机动车污染控制的技术、管理方面出发,提出制定严格的地方排放标准、完善I/M制度、加快燃油低硫化进程、控制高排放车辆、敦促重点城市同步限制摩托车、加速旧车淘汰、实施机动车环保标志、加强外地车辆管理等方面的建议,为珠江三角洲地区的机动车污染治理提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of serious vehicle emission pollution of the Pearl River Delta region,this article introduced countermeasure of technology and management in vehicle pollution control,some proposals such as making strict local emission standards,improving the I / M system,accelerating the process of low sulfur in fuel oil,controlling high-emission vehicles,urging individual cities to restrict motorcycle simultaneously,implementation of vehicle environmental symbol,strengthening disuse of old vehicles and ecdemic vehicles management were put forward,aiming to provide a scientific basis for the PRD motor vehicle pollution control.更多还原
