图像分析在污水生物处理中的研究进展
Development of Image Analysis in Biological Wastewater Treatment
【摘要】 随着显微镜技术和计算机科学的发展,对污水生物处理中生物絮体及生物相构成的观测也逐渐从定性朝定量的方向发展。研究表明将共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(CLSM)技术与图像分析软件系统的结合,不仅能探测污泥絮体的形态学特征和内部结构,帮助监测活性污泥法的运行情况,也能用于研究生物膜的微生物群落结构和空间分布。文章着重对图像分析与显微镜技术的发展现状及图像分析技术在污水生物处理系统中的应用研究进行全面综述与分析,以从微生物学及其群落构成的角度促进对活性污泥或生物膜系统的定量分析。
【Abstract】 With the development of microscopic techniques and computer science,the observation on biological floc and biophase was gradually changed from qualitative to quantitative analysis. By combining CLSM with image analysis system,it was found that morphological characters and inside structure of floc could be detected to monitor the performance of activated sludge,the microstructure and spatial distribution in the biofilm were studied. Application of image analysis combined with development of microscopic techniques in biological wastewater treatment system was reviewed, for the purpose of quantitative analysis on microbiology and biostructure of activated sludge and biofilm.
