【Abstract】 Under some person’s management by supervision,organizes people’s activity,to achieve certain production or the social goal.Supervises the superintendent to be responsible to plan,the organization,the leadership and the control.In the engineering project management,supervises the work which the superintendent and is engaged in to be called project overseeing.But,only in nearly several hundred years,in particular after 19th century,the management or overseeing only then systematically is studied,forms one kind of knowledge system gradually,becomes an official discipline.更多还原
