【摘要】 建设和谐社会是当今社会的伟大使命,建设和谐图书馆则是建设和谐社会不可或缺的一个部分。然而,目前我国大部分图书馆还存在着一些不和谐的因素,主要有来自图书馆与读者用户方面的不和谐现象、图书管理人员之间的不和谐、图书馆硬件设施方面的不和谐等因素,为此,我们图书馆不能满足于现有的服务水平,还应在积极构建和谐图书馆方面加以努力,以适应和谐社会发展的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 While it is a great mission to build the harmony in our society nowadays,to promote harmony in a library has become an indispensable part of the job.However,there still exist some unharmonious factors in most of the libraries in this country.They can be traced down to several aspects: the unharmonious relationship between a library and readers,the unharmonious relationship among librarians,and,the inconsistencies in the disposal of "hardware" facilities.Therefore,we should not be content with the existing services of our libraries and stop at that.What is urgent is that we should make our efforts to promote the harmony therein and adapt them to the need of the harmonious society we are aiming at.更多还原
