温度对长余辉发光玻璃发光性能的影响
Temperature Impact on Luminescence Performances of Long-lasting Afterglow Glass
【摘要】 在还原气氛下,制备了稀土Eu2O3,Dy2O3掺杂的铝硅酸盐长余辉发光玻璃。分析了不同温度对SrAl2O4∶Eu,Dy发光玻璃的余辉发光的影响,比较了SrAl2O4∶Eu和SrAl2O4∶Eu,Dy发光玻璃的余辉发光的时间积分强度。结果表明:SrAl2O4∶Eu,Dy长余辉发光玻璃的发射光谱存在455,515nm两个发射峰值,并且其余辉衰减正比于t-0.8。SrAl2O4∶Eu,Dy长余辉发光玻璃余辉发光时间积分强度在150K附近开始增加,并在275K达到最大;Dy3+离子是造成空穴陷阱的主要原因。
【Abstract】 A series of luminosilicate glass samples doped with Eu2+ and Dy3+ were prepared under reducing atmosphere. The impacts of temperatures on luminescence performances of long-lasting afterglow glass were analyzed. The time-integrated intensities of afterglow in SrAl2O4∶Eu and SrAl2O4∶Eu,Dy long-lasting afterglow glasses were compared. Results showed the emission spectra have two broad bands peaked at 455 and 515 nm and the afterglow decay is in proportion to t-0.8. The time-integrated intensity of afterglow increases at around the temperature of 150 K,and reaches the maximum at around 275 K. The hole traps originate from Dy3+ ions.
