既有建筑节能改造技术与实践

【摘要】 结合我国目前既有建筑的现状,从建筑围护结构、建筑采暖空调系统、建筑用能管理等方面研究了主要的节能改造技术。针对不同地区的气候差异,分析了目前我国南方和北方在既有建筑节能改造方面的实践及其在减少建筑能耗和改善室内热环境方面的效果。结论建议,针对具体的既有建筑改造工程,应根据实际条件,充分考虑当地气候和用能系统的差异,综合应用多种技术措施,并进行改造方案的技术经济分析,从而确定高效经济的改造方案。

【Abstract】 Based on the current energy consumption situation of existing buildings in China,the main energy-efficient technologies and strategies for building reconstruction were discussed from three aspects of building envelope,HVAC systems and building energy management.According to the climate conditions difference in China,the practice of energy-efficient reconstruction in the north and south of China sepa-rately.The improvement effect of indoor thermal environmental conditions was showed.The result shows that a high efficiency and cost-effec-tive scheme for reconstruction of a real building can be determined by comparison of technologies and economics,analysis of climate and en-ergy using systems,and integration of multiple measures.
