石榴籽油对高脂膳食大鼠血脂的影响
Effect of Seed oil of Punica gramatum L. on blood-lipid in hyperlipidemia rats
【摘要】 目的研究石榴籽油对高脂膳食大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法50只雄性SD大鼠按体重随机分为5组:空白对照组(C)、高脂模型组(HFC)、高脂低石榴籽油组(HFLP)、高脂中石榴籽油组(HFMP)、高脂高石榴籽油组(HFHP),除空白对照组饲以普通饲料外,其余各组饲以高脂饲料并用不同剂量石榴籽油进行干预。结果4周后,血清TC、TG、LDL-C、AI等指标,高脂模型组均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),HDL-C(P<0.05或P<0.01)下降;石榴籽油干预组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、AI等指标均显著低于高脂模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而HDL-C升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论石榴籽油可显著抑制高脂膳食大鼠血脂的增高。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Seed Oil of Punica gramatum L.on Blood-lipid in Hyperlipidemia Rats.Methods Fifty male SD rats were randomly devided into 5 groups by body weight:control group,high fat diets model group,high fat diets with seed oil of Punica gramatum L high、middle and low dose.Results After four weeks,the level of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and arteriosclerosis index(AI) of high-fat diet model group were all higher than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)level was lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The content of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and arteriosclerosis index(AI) in Punica gramatum L.seed oil group were all lower than that of the high-fat diet group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).While the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were higher than that of the control control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions Seed oil of Punica gramatum L.has significant inhibiting effect on the increase of serum lipids level in high-fat diets rats.
