【摘要】 目的研究胃黏膜高级别上皮内瘤变在早期胃癌诊断中的意义。方法回顾性分析我院自2002年起引入上皮内瘤变后诊断为高级别上皮内瘤变58例的临床资料。结果术后病理证实为腺癌者43例,占74.1%(43/58)。其中,贲门胃底部术后证实为腺癌占72.2%(13/18),胃体占88.9%(24/27),胃窦占46.2%(6/13)。侵犯黏膜及黏膜下的早期胃癌共28例,占术后诊断胃癌的65.1%,占所有病人的48.3%。结论胃黏膜高级别上皮内瘤变的推广可以提高早期胃癌的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of gastric high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia(HGIEN)in the diagnose of early gastric cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 58 patients with gastric HGIEN confirmed by biopsy since 2002.Results Forty-three cases(74.1 %)were diagnosed as adenocarcinoma after operation,including 13 cases in cardia and fundus of stomach(13/18,72.2 %),24 cases in body of stomach(24/27,88.9 %),6 cases in sinus verntriculi(6/13,46.2 %).There were 28 cases of early gastric cancer invading mucosa and submucosa,accounting for 65.1 % of cases of cancer confirmed after operation,and 48.3 % of all of the cases.Conclusion Generalization of HGIEN examination can elevate the detection rate of early gastric cancer.更多还原
