【摘要】 目的探讨Cyclin D1在肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测50例HCC组织、20例正常肝组织中CyclinD1蛋白的表达情况。结果Cyclin D1蛋白在肝癌组织中的阳性率为44.0%,极显著高于正常肝组织(均为阴性表达)(P<0.01);阳性表达与肝癌的肝内转移和肝癌的分化程度有关(P<0.05,P<0.05)。Cyclin D1的过表达均与病人术后<3年生存期有关(P<0.05)。结论Cyclin D1在HCC的发生、发展过程中起着不同程度的作用,检测Cyclin D1对判定HCC预后可提供一定的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Cyclin D1 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods S-P immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the expression of Cyclin D1 protein in 50 HCC tissues and 20 normal liver tissues.Results The positive rate of Cyclin D1 expression in HCC was 44.0 %,which was significantly higher than that in normal liver tissues (negative expression) (P<0.01).The expression of Cyclin D1 was correlated with intrahepatic dissemination and tumor grade(P<0.05,P<0.05).The high Cyclin D1 expression was correlated with the 3-year survival rate (P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclin D1 may play certain roles in the oncogenesis and progression of HCC,but to different extents, detection of the Cyclin D1 gene products can supply certain evidence on prognosis of primary HCC.更多还原
