【摘要】 目的分析我院门诊处方抗菌药物的使用情况,以进一步规范我院抗菌药物的应用。方法采用回顾性方法,随机抽取我院2008年的门诊处方21 620张,逐一审查,分析抗菌药物的使用情况。结果21 620张门诊处方中使用抗菌药物处方为8 436张,其中单药使用占79.79%,二药联用占19.18%,三药联用占0.98%,四药联用占0.05%;同时存在部分抗菌药物配伍不当等现象。结论我院2008年门诊抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍存在一些需要改进的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the status of antibiotic application in out-patient clinic during 2008 and to improve the rational use of antibiotics further in our hospital.Methods 21620 clinic prescriptions were collected randomly from prescriptions during 2008 and antibiotic application was analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 8436 antibiotic prescriptions in 21620 clinic prescriptions,in which one to four antibiotics was used in combinations 79.79%,19.18%,0.98% and 0.05%,respectively.At the same time,there are some unreasonable phenomena,such as antibiotic incompatibility.Conclusions The use of antibiotics is rational on the whole in clinic prescriptions,but there is still some unreasonable antibiotic application in our hospital.更多还原
