喘复康合剂对哮喘大鼠气道重塑组织学变化的影响

【摘要】 目的观察喘复康合剂对支气管哮喘大鼠气道重塑组织学变化的影响。方法采用卵白蛋白致敏法复制大鼠哮喘模型,以喘复康合剂灌胃给药后,通过图像分析系统测定各实验组大鼠支气管壁各层的厚度;通过Masson三色染色法及图像分析系统测定各实验组大鼠胶原沉积厚度。结果哮喘模型组支气管平滑肌明显增厚,胶原沉积增加,4周组较3周组更为明显,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);激素组与喘复康组平滑肌增厚不明显,与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论喘复康合剂能够通过抑制哮喘大鼠气道组织学变化而减轻气道重塑的形成,与激素作用结果相似。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of ChuanFuKang mixture on histological changes of airway remodeling of rat models of asthma.Methods An animal model of asthma was established by OVA(ovalbumin) sensitizing-challenging SD rat.Water extract of ChuanFuKang were given to rat(ig).The thickness of bronchial wall and area of collagen deposition were detected by computer image analyse system and Masson trichrome staining.Results The results of the image analysis showed that the thickness of bronchial smooth muscle area of collagen deposition obviously increased,which was more evident in the four-week group than in the three-week group,there was significant difference compared with that of control group(P<0.05).The change of hormone group and ChuanFuKang group was not evident,which was no significant difference compared with that of control group(P>0.05).Conclusions ChuanFuKang mixture can reduce the airway remodeling by inhibiting the histological changes of rat models of asthma.
