【摘要】 以国内某锅炉厂制造的HT-NR3低NOx燃烧器为基础,提出了一种改进型的燃烧器。改进型燃烧器和原燃烧器在回流区、扩展角、射流形状等方面的流场特性基本相同,但煤粉浓度分布和防磨特性更好,一次风阻力较小。采用适当的结构可以使改进型燃烧器成为一种外浓内淡型燃烧器,具有更低的NOx排放特性。

【Abstract】 Based on the low NOx HT-NR3 burner manufactured by a certain domestic boiler works,a modified burner is being presented,which has basically the same back-flow area,spread angle and jet shape as the original one,but has better power concentration distribution,erosion resistance and less primary air resistance.By adopting appropriate structure,the modified burner will have such functions of dense powder concentration outside and dilute powder concentration inside,and therefore release much less NOx.
