社区营养不良婴幼儿骨强度监测对照研究

【摘要】 【目的】研究营养不良婴幼儿的骨营养状况,为社区的儿童早期干预及骨健康保健提供科学依据。【方法】采用以色列omnisense定量超声仪应用定量超声(quantitative ultrasound,QUS)技术,对96例3~36个月内婴幼儿(其中营养不良组32例,正常对照组64例)进行胫骨声波速度(speed of sound,SOS)测量对比研究。【结果】①随着月龄的增长,SOS值逐渐增大。3~36月营养不良婴幼儿的超声骨强度与正常对照组比较,平均SOS值两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。但营养不良婴幼儿低骨强度检出率较高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。②在日晒、日活动、补充维生素D时间,年患病次数,系统体检率方面两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】营养不良儿童有SOS值下降倾向;应加强社区对营养不良儿童骨营养状况的早期干预及保健。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To explore bone nutritional status of infants with malnutrition,in order to afford scientific basis for infant early intervention and bone health care in community. 【Methods】 Omni-sense quantitative ultrasonography instrument employed quantitative ultrasound(QUS) technology made in Israel was adopted.Speed of sound(SOS) of 96 cases(malnutrition group n=32,control group n=64) were measured. 【Results】 ①SOS value increased gradually along with month age.There had great difference between malnutrition infants and control group in SOS value.But the checkout rate of the low bone strength of infant with malnutrition was higher than those of control group(P<0.05).②The time of solarization,activity,supplement VitD in some ways,the illness times per annum,the rate of system medical examination had great difference between two groups(P<0.05). 【Conclusions】 The bone strength of children with malnutrition is downward trend;The bone nutritional status of children with malnutrition should be early intervention and health care in community.
