【摘要】 【目的】了解先天性房间隔缺损(atrial septal defect ASD)患儿的心理行为问题,并对照研究外科手术与介入治疗对ASD患儿术后心理行为的影响。【方法】采用Achenbach儿童行为评定量表(CBCL)分别在术前和术后6个月对127例ASD患儿进行心理行为检测。对照组为正常儿童60例。【结果】ASD儿童心理行为异常检出率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。ASD各组患儿心理行为总粗分及粗分均值显著高于对照组(P<0.01或<0.05)。ASD儿童均表现有抑郁、体诉、社会退缩和违纪。心理行为因子异常检出率与病程呈正相关,病程越长检出率越高。术后测试,男、女两组心理行为总粗分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01)。男、女两介入组术后总粗分分别低于外科组(P<0.05)。【结论】ASD患儿存在较明显的心理行为问题,早期治疗以及采用介入治疗方式可较明显改善ASD患儿的心理行为状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】The present study was designed to investigate the mentality and behavior of the children with congenital atrial septal defect(ASD),and to compare the influence on mentality and behavior after interventional and surgical procedure of ASD. 【Methods】127 children suffering from ASD were divided into two groups: interventional group(n=63) and surgical group(n=63).Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) was performed on these children before and 6 months after the treatment.Sixty sex,age,education and achievement-matched normal children were enrolled as control. 【Results】The mentality and behavior abnormal rates of the children with ASD were significantly higher than those of the controls(P<0.01 or <0.05).The behavior abnormities of the ASD children were all presented as depression,social flinch,physical complaints and violate rules.The abnormal rates of mentality and behavior correlated positively with the course of disease.The total cursory mark of postoperative check result of the interventional and surgical children,both in girls and in boys,were significantly lower than those of the preoperative children(P<0.05).The total cursory mark of postoperative check result of children treated with interventional therapy were significantly lower than those of children treated with the surgical operations(P<0.05). 【Conclusions】ASD obviously affect the mentality and behavior of the children.Early treatment and interventional therapy can significantly improve the mentality and behavior of the children with ASD.更多还原
