基于模糊理论的临汾城区配电网供电能力评估

【摘要】 提出对配电网供电能力评估的常用方法是计算一些单独的技术指标,如线损率、电压合格率、线路平均负载率等,但这些指标不能综合判断或反映整个配电网的供电能力。阐明运用模糊逻辑的近似推理和决策方法,建立详细的配电网供电能力优劣的评估模型,不仅能得到各个影响因素的量化结果,而且可以对城市电网整体供电能力进行评估。应用模糊理论对临汾城区电网的供电能力进行了综合评估,得到了量化的评估结果。

【Abstract】 In power supply capability studies for distribution networks,some separate technical indexes are calculated to evaluate networks,such as ratio of line loss,ratio of qualified voltage,ratio of average circuit’s load and so on.However,each of these indexes can only reflect one part capability of distribution networks.The fuzzy method,which utilizes approximate-reasoning and decision-making methodologies of fuzzy logic is introduced,and a detailed superiority-inferiority model for Linfen distribution networks is provided,which could get not only fuzzy quantified result of each influence factor,but also an appraisal of the power supply.
