【摘要】 目的:观察卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法:98例儿童哮喘患儿随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组,三组均给予相同的哮喘基础治疗。治疗1组加用BCG-PSN注射液0.5mg/次,肌肉注射,3次/周,疗程3个月;治疗2组加用BCG-PSN注射液0.5mg/次,肌肉注射,3次/周,疗程6个月。结果:疗程结束后0～6个月内,治疗1组总有效率93.9%,治疗2组总有效率97.0%,均明显高于对照组71.9%(P<0.05,P<0.01)。疗程结束后7～12个月,治疗1组总有效率69.7%,治疗2组总有效率84.8%,对照组总有效率56.2%,治疗1组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两治疗组均未发现明显的不良反应。结论:BCG-PSN治疗儿童哮喘疗效确切,安全可靠,远期疗效与疗程有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of polysaccharide nucleic acid fraction of bacilus cuerin(BCG-PSN) in treating children with asthma.Methods:Ninety eight out-patients with asthma were randomly divided into three groups:treating group 1(33 cases),treating group 2(33 cases) and control group(32 cases).The basic treatments in three groups were the same.BCG-PSN injection was administered in treating group 1 with 0.5 mg of intramuscular injection each time,three times a week for three months and for six months in treating group 2.Results:In the first six months after the treatment,the total efficacy of the treating groups was observed respectively as 93.9% and 97.0%,much higher than that of the control group 71.9%.There was a significant difference between the treating groups and the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).In the following six months,the efficacies in the three groups were 69.7%,84.8% and 56.2% respectively.There was no significant difference between the treating group 1 and the control group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the treating group 2 and the control group(P<0.05).No side-effects were found in treating groups.Conclusions:BCG-PSN is effective and safe in treating children with asthma.Its long term effect is dependable on the course.更多还原
