【摘要】 目的:分析我院儿科住院患儿抗菌药物使用情况,评价其合理性。方法:随机抽取我院2007年1月至2008年9月住院部儿科病历630份,对抗菌药物使用情况进行统计和分析。结果:630例住院患儿中,474例使用抗菌药物,使用率为75.2%,其中二联用药率为51.1%(242/474)。不合理使用抗菌药物用药病历32份,占被抽查病历的5%,如药物选择、联合用药不当。结论:我院儿科住院患儿抗菌药物使用存在不合理情况,有待改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the use of antibiotics for child inpatients in our hospital and evaluate its rationality.Methods:A total of 630 pediatric medical records of inpatients in our hospital from January 2007 to September 2008 were randomly sampled and statistically analyzed.Results:Among the 630 pediatric medical records,antibiotics were used in 474 cases,the utilization rate of antibiotics was 75.2%,the rate of two combined medication was 51.1%(242/474).32 medical records(5%) were of irrational use of antimicrobial agents,such as unreasonable decision and inappropriate combination of drugs.Conclusions:The use of antibiotics for the child inpatients in our hospital is generally rational,but irrational use of antibiotics still exists and needs improving.更多还原
