【摘要】 目的探讨双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的疗效与安全性。方法用明胶海绵对6例产后大出血患者行双侧子宫动脉栓塞。结果治疗后子宫出血症状明显改善,术后随访6个月,未出现严重并发症。结论双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血是一种安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effective and safety of selective bilateral uterine artery embolization in treating severe postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Six cases of postpartum severe hemorrhage were treated by embolizing bilateral uterine artery with gelatin.Results The bleeding of uterus improved significantly,all cases were followed up for 6 months after bilateral uterine artery embolization,no serious complication related to embolization was found.Conclusion Selective bilateral uterine artery embolization is a new safety and effective method for treatment of postpartum severe hemorrhage.更多还原
