【摘要】 目的观察巴曲酶与长春西汀联用治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其可能的作用机制。方法选择我院急性脑梗死的患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组各38例,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用巴曲酶与长春西汀。结果治疗组日常生活能力及神经功能缺损的治疗效果优于对照组。结论巴曲酶与长春西汀联合应用对急性脑梗死具有很好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of co-therapy with batroxobin and vinpocetine for acute cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy-six patients with acute cerebral infarction from our hospital were randomly divided into treat ment groups and control group(38 cases each),control group were treated with conventional treatment,and Co-therapy with batroxobin and vinpocetine was added in treatment group on the basis of conventional project.Results The recovery of the neural function defect and activity of daily life of the treatment group were much better than those of the control group.Conclusion Co-therapy with batroxobin and vinpocetine for acute cerebral infarction is significant effective.更多还原
