【摘要】 目的探讨由于心律平在治疗室上性心动过速过程中出现窦性停搏事件的治疗及预防方法。方法将14例患者根据病情分为轻、中、重三种程度,依次采取相应的治疗手段,并对可能出现窦性停搏的病例进行分析。结果通过相应的治疗,三种不同程度的患者都恢复正常心律。结论对患者根据病情分程度治疗,能取得很好的效果,但更应该注重预防出现窦性停搏发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment and precaution of sinus arrest event that caused by treament of propafenone in supraventricular tachycardia.Methods According to pathogenetic condition,14 patients were classified to gentle,middle and severe degree,take corresponding therapeutic tool,then analysis the cases that might occur sinus arrest.Results By corresponding treatment,the patients all recovered normal cardiac rhythm.Conclusion Althought we can get good result by treating patient degreely on the basis of pathogenetic condition,we should pay more attention to prevent the occurrence of sinus arrest.更多还原
