基于小波函数的时域多分辨分析在近场光学中的应用
Application of W-MRTD in near-field optics
【摘要】 实现了基于双正交的Cohen Daubechies Feauveau(CDF)小波的时域多分辨分析(MRTD),并将其用于近场电磁散射模拟中。结果表明,在相同的网格划分下基于小波的MRTD比基于尺度函数的MRTD具有更高的数值准确性。最后,对带纳米金属棒孔径光纤探针成像进行了数值模拟,结果显示其成像效果优于普通孔径探针。
【Abstract】 A method of multiresolution time domain,which is based on biorthogonal Cohen-Daubechies-Feauveau (CDF) wavelet families(W-MRTD),is applied in near field approximation. The results prove the computational accuracy of the method over the traditional scaling-function based multiresolution time-domain (S-MRTD) with uniform space gridding. Finally,the image of photo scanning tunnel microscope (PSTM),using fiber probe coated by metal with a nano-rod at the edge of the aperture,is analyzed. The results show that a better image can be obtained by such probe than the common ones.
