【Abstract】 The system of regional national autonomy is a basic policy of the CPC for solving ethnic problems at home and also one of the three basic political systems of China as a people’s democratic country.This system was adopted following explorations for several dozens of years,a choice by history and the people.This system has been steadily developed and improved;especially after the institution of reform and opening up it has gradually been brought into the track of legality.In the past sixty years,with the implementation of the system and the basic policy of regional national autonomy,the Party’s work with respect to ethnic minorities has made outstanding achievements that have captured world attention.The rapid economic and social progress in the regions inhabited by the ethnic minorities forcefully proves the system of regional national autonomy in a unitary state truly conforms to the national conditions in China and has great superiority.更多还原
