【摘要】 土地整理是国家为保障食物安全和生态安全而提出的、以提高土地资源利用效率为目的的重要举措,对于加强耕地保护、改善农业生产条件和农民生活条件具有重要的促进作用。通过探讨土地整理的内涵,对土地整理与生态环境安全的关系及土地整理对生态环境的影响进行了分析和总结,并提出了土地整理中生态环境保护对策,为土地整理生态环境影响评价和管理提供理论和实践基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land consolidation is an important measure issued by the central government for protecting food security and environmental safety and increasing the efficiency of land use,which helps to strengthen the protection of cultivated land and improve the agricultural productive condition and the living condition of the peasants.This paper discusses the connotation of land consolidation and analyzes the relationship between land consolidation and ecological safety.Meanwhile,it puts forward the countermeasure of protecting ecological environment and offers a theoretical and practical basis for research of ecological environment impact appraisal and management.更多还原
