MPI网络技术在冷冻水供水自动控制系统中的应用

【摘要】 西门子公司的MPI网络技术采用全局数据通信模式,可实现PLC间的少量数据交换。由于不需要额外的硬件和软件,结构简单,成本低。介绍了MPI网络技术及全局数据通信的原理,基于该技术构建了冷冻水供水自动控制系统的网络结构,给出了该系统的组成及网络组态方法。该系统目前已投入使用,运行稳定、可靠。

【Abstract】 MPI network technology of Siemens runs with the mode of the global data communication. PLC can communicate with each other by it to exchange some data. It needn’t extra hardware and software to establish network, so network architecture is simple and cost is low. This paper introduces MPI network technology and the principle of Global Data communication. The net-work of supplying cold water automatic control system was built based on the technology, and constitute of the system and network configuration method were expounded. The automatic control system has been used in reality, and it runs stably and reliably.
