基于ARM的PROFIBUS-PA远程I/O从站设计
Design of PROFIBUS-PA remote I/O slave based on ARM
【摘要】 分析了总线远程I/O应用现状,提出以ARM为平台开发PROFIBUS-PA远程I/O从站设计思想。以AT91SAM7SE32为管控CPU,基于协议芯片DPC31和西门子公司的SIM1-2,给出其硬件设计方案。分析PA协议的层次结构,给出PA从站的软件组成。充分利用ARM的快速性实现了PA总线要求的高实时性、高可靠性。
【Abstract】 The application status of fieldbus remote I/O is analyzed, and a design of PROFIBUS-PA remote I/O slave device is schemed out based on ARM. Using AT91SAM7SE32 as CPU, based on PROFIBUS ASIC DPC31 and SIM1-2, we design a new hardware scheme. After analyzed the hierarchical structure of PA protocol, we develop a new set of software. Taking full advantage of ARM’s high operation speed, we realize PROFIBUS-PA communicaion’s high real time request and high reliability request.
