手机塑料外壳底面造型耐撞击性能研究

【摘要】 通过分析和提取手机外壳底面造型曲线不同曲率半径的造型特征,建立相应的手机前外壳模型。运用ABAQUS软件对其进行跌落仿真模拟实验,分析其耐撞击性能。根据实验数据在MATLAB软件中拟合曲线,能够预测一定曲率半径范围内手机底面自由跌落时碰撞区域最大应力,供产品设计师参考。实现了产品造型设计和可靠性设计的结合。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the mobile phone shell model was established by analyzing and extracting the bottom feature of different radius curvature first.Then,based on ABAQUS,free-fall experiments were simulated and anti-impact property was analyzed.Curve-fitting was made based on MATLAB according to the experiment at data.In this way,the peak stress of free-fall model with certain radius curvature in a certain range is forecasted.The result has special reference value to the case designer.This links product design and reliability design together.
