基于单片机的高精度压力数据采集系统的设计
Design of high accuracy pressure data acquisition system based on MCU
【摘要】 以单片机为控制核心,采用Motorola公司专利产品X型精密硅压式压力传感器MPX2100和高精度积分式A/D转换器ICL7135等器件对压力信息进行采集转换;软件上采用最小二乘法的最佳拟合直线原理,对采集的压力数据进行非线性修正,实现了系统对压力数据的精确采集。文中给出了压力数据采集系统的组成框图以及非线性补偿的软件流程图,并对实验数据进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,系统中所采用的非线性补偿方法补偿效果明显。
【Abstract】 A high accuracy pressure data acquisition system based on MCU is introduced. Pressure sensor MPX2100 and A/D converter ICL7135 is used for acquisition and convertion. This paper gave the theory of the best fit straight line based on Principle of least squares.To improve the accuracy,the acquisition data was been amended with Sub-fitting the best straight-line.The software flow chart of compensation and the progress diagram of the main parts are also given.The experimental data was been Simulated and the simulation results show obvious effect.
