海洋沉积物多参数原位探测微探针研究

【摘要】 为了提高海洋沉积物孔隙度、电阻率和地温梯度原位测量的精度与速度,对微探针孔隙度电阻法测量原理、电阻率测量技术及其影响因素进行了研究,在此基础上,设计了一种采用MEMS加速度传感器进行贯入阻力、姿态测量,运用微珠型NTC热敏电阻进行温度校正及地温梯度测量,采用温纳排列进行电阻率测量的多参数贯入式原位探测微探针。该探针结构简单、体积小,直径不大于20mm;探测速度快。室内实验数据表明,其温度测量误差小于5mK,电导率测量相对误差小于1.2%,孔隙度测量误差小于5%,稳定可靠,操作便捷,具有较高的应用推广价值。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the sediment porosity, resistivity and ground temperature gradient in situ measurement of precision and speed, the principle, technique and its influencing factors were studied. Based on these researches a penetration-type micro-probe which can detect in-situ porosity, resistivity and ground temperature gradient is designed The probe measure penetration resistance and attitude with MEMS acceleration sensors measure temperature gradient with bead-type NTC thermistor, measure conductivity with Wenner configuration. The probe is of simple structure, small size, its diameter is not more than 20mm. Experimental data show that the temperature measurement error is less than 5mK, conductivity measurement relative error is less than 1.2%, porosity measurement error is less than 5%, and it is stable and reliable, easy to handle and other features, has a high application value.
