SLD光源老化筛选监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本文从光纤陀螺用SLD光源老化筛选的实际需要出发,提出了一种SLD光源老化筛选监测系统的设计方案。结合SLD光源自身特点,设计了光功率、驱动/温控电流及内部温度4种与光源状态相关的参数采集模块,利用LabVIEW平台编制了系统监控软件,对系统各部分所实现功能及关键模块的设计进行了详细介绍,设计实现了SLD光源老化筛选监测系统试验样机,并通过样机进行设计验证,给出了验证结论及系统性能指标。实验结果表明系统工作可靠,可满足多只SLD光源老化筛选监测需要。

【Abstract】 For the demand of aging screening of super-luminescent diode(SLD)used for fiber-optic gyroscope(FOG),a design of monitoring system for aging screening of SLD was introduced in this paper.According to the characteristic of SLD,the measurement modules of the optical power,driving current,temperature control current and internal temperature were designed.The monitoring software was programmed based on the development platform of LabVIEW.The function of system and the design of important modules were particularly introduced.The monitoring system for aging screening of SLD was realized.Finally,through experimental test,the performance of the monitoring system was given.According to the result,the monitoring system is reliable and useful for the aging screening of SLD.
