大功率锂电池的充放电管理器控制技术研究
A Study on Control Strategy of Charge and Discharge Manager of High Power Lithium-Ion Battery
【摘要】 对锂电池CDM(充放电管理器)的原理进行了分析,研究了一种可以根据直流母线电压和电池电压情况自动进行充/放电切换的一端稳压一端限压稳流的控制策略,并通过CAN通信实现了与BMC(电池控制器)和液晶显示控制器的数据传输。最后,在10 kW双向DC/DC变换器样机上实现了充放电管理控制策略和数据的实时收发,并给出了实验波形和测试数据。
【Abstract】 The principle of charge and discharge manager of Lithium-Ion battery is analyzed,and a control strategy to realize the automatic changeover of charging and discharging according to the condition of DC bus voltage and battery voltage is studied.The core of the control strategy is voltage stabilizing at one terminal and current regulating with voltage limiting at the other terminal.The CAN bus is used for data transfer between the manager and battery management controller and between the manger and LCD.Finally,a digitally controlled bi-directional DC/DC converter prototype is produced,experiment waveform and test data are given,and the theoretical analysis is validated.
