基于FPGA的便携式超声波探伤仪设计
Design of portable ultrasonic flaw detector based on FPGA
【摘要】 阐述超声波探伤原理的基础上,针对传统超声波探伤仪电路设计复杂以及调试困难等缺点,介绍了一种以Xilinx公司的FPGA为核心的设计方法,并将基于MicroBlaze软核处理器的SOPC技术引入到系统设计中,在此基础上完成了超声波探伤仪的设计。实验表明,该系统可以实现复杂算法和采集数据的实时处理,具有体积小、成本低、可靠性高和便于升级等优点。系统设计使用VHDL语言,应用软件设计使用C语言。
【Abstract】 This paper proposed a new design method of ultrasonic flaw detector based on the Xilinx’s FPGA after detailed explanations of the principle of ultrasonic flaw detection,in which the disadvantages such as complicity of circuit and shortcomings of debugging of traditional related design were also introduced.Meanwhile,SOPC technology was also applied in the design on which the ultrasonic flaw detector was implemented.The experiments show that the system can achieve the complexity of algorithms and real-time processing of collected data.The system also has the advantage of small size,low cost,high reliability and ease of upgrades and so on.In addition,the corresponding system was described by using VHDL,and application of software design using C.
