【摘要】 介绍了一套简单实用的砖窑温度监测系统。用K型热电偶采集温度信号,通过ADAM4018+和ADAM4561模块与计算机连接。用组态王编写程序,分别有砖窑温度监测中心、实时温度曲线、数据查询和报警等界面,该系统具有人机界面友好、功能全面、操作简便的特点。实验表明,本设计较好实现了温度的实时监测、报警、数据记录等功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 A simple and practical design of brickkiln temperature monitoring system is presented. Temperature signals were acquired by the K-type thermocouples.The thermocouples connected with computer through ADAM4018 + and ADAM4561 modules. The kingview program has interfaces of brickkiln temperature monitoring center,real-time temperature curve,data query and alarm. The system holds features of friendly man-machine interface,full-featured,and easy to operate. The experimental results show that the functions of real-time temperature monitoring,alarm and data logging are well realized.更多还原
