一种新型可编程控制器研制
Investigation of new programmable logical controller
【摘要】 复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)以其运算速度快、编程方便等优点得到了广泛的应用。本设计采用CPLD为核心,设计了28输入/24输出数字逻辑可编程控制器。通过外围电路的设计、硬件描述语言编程和程序下载等实验,制作了一种新式可编程控制器。可以应用自顶向下设计方法设计复杂的系统工程,实现在系统编程,满足一般的工业现场控制要求,并且在程序执行速度和性价比上远优于现有可编程控制器(PLC),具有使用和进一步开发价值。
【Abstract】 As the complex programmable logic device(CPLD)has the advantages of high speed and convenient programming,it is used broadly.This design realizes a digital logic programmable controller with 28 input/24 output,using CPLD as its core.Through the external circuit designing,programming by hardware description languages and downloading the experimental procedure,the production of a new programmable logic controller is finished.It can be used top-down design methodology to make complex systems engineering,realize implementation in system programming to meet the general industrial field control requirements.And the procedures for the implementation of the speed and cost-effective up are much better than the existing Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),with the value of applying and further development.
