基于C8051F060的自适应高精度频率计设计
Design of adaptive high-precision frequency meter based on the C8051F060
【摘要】 以混合信号处理器C8051F060为核心,充分利用其内部的可编程计数阵列PCA、定时/计数器、模拟比较器以及A/D转换等模块,研究并实现了多功能自适应频率计的设计。实验结果证明,当被测信号频率在0.1Hz~40MHz范围内、幅值不小于20mV时,该系统可稳定可靠得实现其频率、周期、占空比测量和显示,并且可以通过键盘进行功能切换,测量误差小于十万分之一。
【Abstract】 With the mixed-singnal processor C8051F060 as the core,make full use of its internal function modules,such as the PCA(programmable count array),Timers/Counters,Analog comparator and A/D converter,and so on,research it and design a Multi-functional high-precision frequency successfully.The results prove that when the frequency of test signal in the framework of 0.1 Hz~40 MHz,the amplitude is not less than 20 mV,this system can steadily measure its frequency,cycle,duty-cycle and display the measured values,and all of the above-mentioned functions can be switched by keyboard,and the measurement error is about one hundred thousandth.
