【摘要】 本文介绍了以工业控制计算机为核心的电路板自动检测系统,该系统能够完成加电、采样、显示、存储等多项功能。其中重点介绍了研华PCI-1713数据采集卡在多通道采样时的原理及特点,以及在VC环境下编写采样程序时的注意要点。经过对实际电路板的检测,证明该系统能够正常地对多块产品进行并行自动检测,并及时检验出有缺陷的产品。与以前的检测方案想比,整个系统不仅具有较高的精度和准确性,而且还大大提高了检测的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduce an integrated test system for control circuit board based on industrial computer.It can accurately perform the multiple functions such as power on,sampling,data display and saving.The principle of PCI-1713 is emphasized,as well as its software development under VC environment.After the testing to circuit board,it is certified that the system can work normally and reject inferior ones from quality goods.Compared to the former testing plan,this system is a better choice for its higher definition and efficiency.更多还原
