基于LPC2368的模糊PID温度控制系统的设计
Fuzzy PID temperature control system’s design based on LPC2368
【摘要】 在生化分析仪中温度是重要的控制参数之一,其具有非线性、时变性和时间滞后性的特点,采用常规PID控制温度效果并不理想,不能满足系统在不同条件下对参数自整定的要求,从而影响其控制效果进一步提高。本文采用了PID与模糊控制相结合的技术,通过32位ARM7处理器LPC2368实现其整个控制过程,其中给出了其硬件结构及软件设计。经仿真表明该方法与采用传统的PID算法相比具有响应速度快、超调量小、精度高的优点。能够满足生化分析仪中对温度的控制要求。
【Abstract】 The temperature is one of important control parameters on biochemistry analyzer.It has characteristics of non-linearity,time-variance and time-lag.It is not satisfied with using conventional PID control.It is not content with the requirements of parameters self-tuning under different conditions.Thus it affects control effect to further enhance.This article has used the technology that PID and the fuzzy control integrate.It realizes entire control process by 32-bit ARM7 processor LPC2368,and has given its hardware architecture and the software design.The simulation indicated that the system has shorter time of response,smaller overshoot,stronger robust ness and higher precision than conventional PID.It can achieve the requirements of temperature control on biochemistry analyzer.
