雷达料位仪信号处理电路设计和实现

【摘要】 用微波原理设计的雷达料位仪能适应高浓度粉尘及温度变化,维护操作方便,性价比高,是一种能精确测量料仓料位的仪器,而信号处理方法的优劣对雷达料位仪的测距精度指标有着很重要的作用,因此对雷达料位仪的信号处理方法的研究十分重要。本文采用了AT89S55单片机和程控滤波器芯片3529B设计了一种雷达料位仪的信号处理电路。该电路可以在1~40 m范围内精确测量料仓料位。经使用表明,该电路具有性能稳定、测量精度高的特点。

【Abstract】 Radar material Level measuring instrument designed by microwave principle is an apparatus that can accurately measure bin level.It has several advantages such as convenient maintenance,high cost-performance,temperature insensitive and can keep good performance even high dust concentration.The means of signal processing has a big influence on range precision,so it is important to study the means of signal processing.This paper is mainly about the design of a signal processing circuit based on AT89S55 and programmable switched-capacitor high pass filter 3529B.Bin level can be accurately measure between 1~40 meter by this circuit.And the practical application indicated that the method performance is stable and precision.Computer flowchart and configuration of hardware and software of the system are given in this paper.
