CaO-B2O3-SiO2系玻璃形成区及性能研究

【摘要】 采用XRD、SEM等手段,系统研究了CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS)系的玻璃形成范围,利用热分析结果计算了玻璃的析晶参数β。结果表明:纯CBS玻璃形成范围是x(B2O3)为10%~75%,x(SiO2)为0~45%,x(CaO)为25%~55%;整个玻璃形成区比较窄,并向B2O3方向伸展。添加x(Al2O3)为10%可以改善玻璃的失透,提高玻璃体的形成能力,使烧结后εr变化不大,由6.43变为6.31,tanδ显著增加,由0.0009增至0.0020。试样的主要晶相为CaB2O4、α-石英和CaSiO3。

【Abstract】 The glass-forming regions of CaO-B2O3-SiO2 system were studied by XRD、SEM etc methods and the devitrifying parameter β was calculated by thermal analysis results. The results show that the glass-forming regions are x(B2O3) from 10% to 75%, x(SiO2) from 0 to 45%, x(CaO) from 25% to 55%, the whole region is rather narrow and elongating to B2O3 direction. Adding mole fraction of 10% Al2O3 in the glass can improve the transparency and enhance the bulk glass forming ability, and εr changes little, from 6.43 to 6.31, tanδ enhances remarkably from 0.000 9 to 0.002 0 after sintering. The major crystal phases of samples are CaB2O4、α-quartz and CaSiO3.
