太阳能电池封装材料固化剂的协同效应

【摘要】 利用固化剂聚氧化丙烯二胺(D230)和异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)的协同效应,以提高太阳能电池封装材料环氧树脂的透明性、抗紫外光老化性和耐热性。热分析和抗紫外光老化实验结果表明:当分别用D230或IPDA单一固化剂时,固化物的玻璃化转变温度θg分别为101和122℃,黄度指数变化值?YI分别为20.48和14.98;而采用D230与IPDA组成的二元固化剂且D230与IPDA的质量比为5:3时,固化物的θg和?YI则分别为138℃和8.44。

【Abstract】 Synergistic effects of curing agents between polyoxypropylene diamine(D230) and isophorone diamine(IPDA) were used to improve the transparency,thermal stability and ultraviolet resistance of the epoxy resin used in encapsulating materials of solar cell. Results of thermal analysis and ultraviolet resistance experiments indicate that when single curing agent, D230 or IPDA is used, cured resin’s glass transition temperature (θg) is 101 or 122 ℃, and change value of yellow index (ΔYI) is 20.48 or 14.98;When using the mixture of D230 and IPDA(mass ratio of D230 to PDA is 5 : 3) as binary curing agent, cured resin’s θg increases to 138 ℃, and ΔYI reaches 8.44.
