音乐对热应激奶牛血清酶活性的影响

【摘要】 选择处于热应激期的临床健康的荷斯坦奶牛20头,随机分成试验与对照2组。试验组在每次开始采食时用挂壁式音箱连续播放缓和而优美的古典式音乐1.5h;对照组不做任何处理。试验期为1个月,试验结束时,所有试验奶牛均空腹采取血样,进行血清酶活性的测定,并对结果进行统计学处理。结果:①试验组奶牛的LDH、γ-GT、ALT、ALP极显著的低于对照组(P<0.01);②试验组奶牛的AST与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,古典音乐对热应激奶牛具有明显降低血清酶活性的作用。

【Abstract】 To validate whether classical music have effects on dairy cows with heat stress,20 clinical health lactating Holstein cows under heat stress were used and divided into a test group and a control group randomly, each with 10 cows. Continuous playback of mild and graceful classical music was applied to the test group for 1.5 h accompanied foraging starting; the control group had no special treatment. After one month, vein blood was sampled in fasting condition, and the activities of LDH,γ-GT, ALT, AST, ALP in sera were determined. Lower LDH,γ-GT, ALT, ALP levels in sera of test group (P<0.01) than that of control group were observed. But no statistically significant difference was observed for AST(P>0.05). The result suggested that classical music had decreasing effect on activities of seral enzymes of heat stressing cows.
