【Abstract】 Since Wenvoort G C established and prepared 13 strains of CSFV monclonal antibodies against,in 1985,the monoclonal antibodies of CSFV was used not only to the differential diagnosis more and more,but also to the studies of molecular biology of classical swine fever virus.The article summarized the development of progress of CSFV monoclonal antibodies on differential diagnosis of CSF and analyses of antigen structural protein,protective antigen protein,antigen variation,and E2 peplos glycoprotein epitope of CFSV.更多还原
