基于损伤理论的LF2M管接头胀形工艺模拟
Finite Element Simulation of Bulge Forming Process of the LF2M Anti-rust Aluminum Pipe Coupling Based on Damage Development Model
【摘要】 通过对LF2M进行拉伸试验,应用弹性模量下降法测定了Lemaitre损伤模型中的三个材料参数εD,εR,Dc。在损伤演化模型的基础上,基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台开发了用户材料子程序VUMAT,以此为基础模拟了航空高压管接头胀形工艺过程,模拟结果表明,胀形导管的损伤部位与实际情况相符,并且最大损伤变量远远小于临界损伤值,证明高压管接头胀形工艺设计可靠。
【Abstract】 By using the method of Young’s modulus weakening,three material parameters of Lemaitre damage model have been obtained in the tension test with LF2M anti-rust aluminum.On the basis of the damage model,a VUMAT--user material subroutine has been developed under ABAQUS/Explicit finite element code.The bulge forming process has been simulated. The results indicate that the damaged position of the bulged pipe is shown to be in good agreement with practical situation; furthermore,the Max.damage value is far less than the critical value, which certifies reliability of the parameters in the simulation.
