基于冷作强化的改善零件物理性能的方法研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了在零件的压力加工修复中一种常用的方法——冷作强化。零件的冷加工表面强化简称为冷作强化,常用的冷作强化有:射丸,滚压及敲击。文中具体阐述了这三种方法在零件修复中的工艺以及零件修复后的使用寿命、抗疲劳强度等情况。

【Abstract】 A common method in reconstructing the pressure of the part, that is, cold strengthening surface, has been introduced in the text. The surface of the part is coldly strengthened. The common forms of the cold strengthening surface are as follows: Shoot ball, roll extrusion and knocking on. The technology of the three forms has been introduced in details in the text, as well as the life and anti-fatigue of the part after being reconstructed.
