空气电极氧还原催化剂的研究
Study on oxygen reduction catalyst of air electrode
【摘要】 锌空气电池因其具有性能稳定、比能量高、放电电流大、原材料来源广泛、成本低廉等优点一直受到广泛重视。空气电极作为锌空气电池中的一部分,在锌电极的研究几乎进入停滞阶段的现在,已成为决定整个锌空气电池性能的关键,因此有必要对其进行深入的研究。利用共沉淀和溶胶凝胶法合成了两类催化剂,分析了其X射线衍射谱图,初步研究了其对氧阴极还原的极化曲线,研究结果表明:在两类催化剂中,n(Ni):n(Mn)为2:8的催化剂为最佳的共沉淀法制备的催化剂,LaNi0.5Mn0.5O3为溶胶凝胶法制备的B位Ni、Mn掺杂的最佳催化剂。
【Abstract】 Because of its steady performance,much more sources of raw material and low cost,the study and development of zinc-air battery are always paid more attention.As a part of zinc-air battery,air electrode has become the key factor to the character of zinc-air battery,because of the stagnancy of the zinc electrode which is the anode electrode in the battery.So it is necessary to do deep research in air electrode.Two series of catalysts were preparated by co-deposition and sol-gel methods each.The cathode polarization curves of oxygen reduction were elementarily studied.And study results indicate that the Ni and Mn mol ratio in the series of co-deposition catalysts is 2:8 as the best match.LaNi0.5Mn0.5O3 is the best one of its series.
