以Mn3O4为催化剂的锌-空气电池性能
High-performance of Zn-air battery
【摘要】 通过热解法制备锰复合催化剂作为氧还原的催化剂。采用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)对制备的锰催化剂进行晶型结构表征,同时采用阴极极化曲线,恒电位方波和恒电流放电等电化学测试手段,研究催化剂在碱性电解液中的催化性能。结果表明,热分解法制备的锰催化剂为Mn3O4。Mn3O4催化剂在碱性介质中具有较好的电催化活性。催化剂在铝金属空气电池中具有很好的大电流放电性能。以Mn为催化剂的锌-空气电池在6mol/LNaOH中,具有较好的大电流放电性能。
【Abstract】 Mn composite oxygen catalyst was prepared by thermal decomposition.Structures and electrochemical performance in alkaline and neutral electrolyte of Mn composite oxygen catalyst were measured and characterized by X-ray diffraction,cathodic polarization curves,the constant potential square,and discharge tests.The results showed that Mn composite oxygen catalyst was Mn3O4.The Mn3O4 oxygen catalyst had better electrocatalytic activity in alkaline electrolyte.Al-air battery using Mn3O4 as oxygen catalyst was capable of high current discharge property in 6 mol/L NaOH.
