掺杂离子价态对LiFePO4电化学性能的影响
Effects of doping ionic valencies on electrochemical performance of LiFePO4
【摘要】 橄榄石型LiFePO4是一种新型锂离子电池正极材料。选取Ga3+、Ti4+、Ta5+和Mo6+在LiFePO4的Fe(M2)位掺杂,以探讨掺杂离子的价态对试样电化学性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)以及电化学测试表明,掺杂Ti4+的样品具有最好的电化学性能。
【Abstract】 Olivine LiFePO4 is a new kind of cathode material for lithium-ion batteries. Four kinds of metallic ions Ga3+, Ti4+, Ta5+ and Mo6+ were doped in Fe (M2) site in order to investigate the effects of doping ionic valencies on the electrochemical performance of LiFePO4. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and electrochemical performance demonstrate that the doped Ti4+ material has the best electrochemical performance.
