钛基双极板等离子体渗氮表面改性工艺的研究
Surface modification of plasma nitriding process on titanium bipolar plate
【摘要】 运用等离子体渗氮工艺对钛合金双极板进行表面改性处理,通过对渗氮前的抛光处理及渗氮的后处理工艺,X射线衍射(XRD)测试显示样品表面生成了TiN相。进一步的接触电阻及极化曲线测试表明,通过渗氮前抛光及渗氮后处理,样品的导电性能有所降低,但耐腐蚀性能得到了很大地提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper, plasma nitriding process was used in the surface modification of titanium bipolar plate. By polishing before nitriding and post- processing after nitriding, XRD test indicates that TiN is generated on the sample surface. Further tests of contact resistances and polarization curves show that polishing and post- processing can improve the corrosion resistance with some decrease of the conductivity.
