直接甲醇燃料电池用磷酸氢锆/Nafion115的研究
Study on zirconium hydrogen phosphate/Nafion115 composite membrane for DMFC
【摘要】 采用离子交换-沉淀法制备了磷酸氢锆/Nafion115复合膜。X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(IR)结果表明了无机相磷酸氢锆的存在,且其平均粒径为5nm左右。与Nafion115相比,复合膜的质子传导率降低20%,甲醇渗透系数则降低50%。75℃高浓度甲醇进料时,使用了复合膜的单池放电性能得到明显改善。单池寿命测试结果表明使用了复合膜的电池在0.4V以上可以稳定运行100h。
【Abstract】 Zirconium hydrogen phosphate /Nafion115 composite membrane was prepared and characterized by means of XRD,IEC,SEM,IR and so on.The results suggest that the mean particle size of zirconium hydrogen phosphate within the composite membrane is about 5.0 nm.Although the proton conductivity of composite membrane decreased slightly,methanol permeability through the composite membrane reduced significantly.The single cell with composite membrane delivered better performance when it was fed with concentrated methanol solution at 75 ℃.The durability test of single cell with composite membrane indicate that it can stably run for 100 hours above 0.4 V.
