高精度零件模内自动铆接技术的开发

【摘要】 为提高生产效率,可将在冲压模具外的二次加工工序引入到模具中。以两个零件装配在一起的端子产品为例,在一副多工位级进模中设计了两个相互垂直的工艺线,在一台冲床上使用两个相互垂直的高精度电子送料器同步送料,叙述了在PLC控制下,将一个带有装配凸台的零件自动铆接在一个带有装配孔的零件上的连续工作过程,重点介绍了排样方案和模具结构。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the stamping production efficiency,a second procedure outside the stamping die could be put into the progressive die.With a terminal assembly product with two parts as an example,two mutual vertical strip layouts were designed in a multi-position progressive die,and the two layouts were synchronously feeded by two mutual vertical precision feeders on a press machine.Under the control of PLC,the continuous working process of automatic riveting one part with assembly convex onto the other part with assembly hole was stated,and the layout design and the die structure were introduced in detail.
