非对称轴杆形零件温塑性成形过程的数值分析

【摘要】 非对称轴杆形件的弹簧芯轴成形时存在的主要问题是:偏心桃形曲面和头部凸台填充不满,给模具设计带来困难;以及成形温度和设备吨位难以选择。本文采用有限体积法对其成形过程进行数值模拟。分析结果认为:偏心桃形上部设置不规则外形的径向飞边,其阻力圈作用非常显著,偏心桃形充填饱满;增大凸模内形腔的入口圆角,工件头部的凸台也得以充满;金属流动的流线组织分析说明杆部底端的斜楔预先成形是合适的。模拟还分析了工件的温度分布与成形力,为确定成形温度及选择设备提供了依据。模拟结果与试验结果进行了比较,两者一致。

【Abstract】 The main problem of non-symmetrical axostyle spring core-bar forming is that the eccentricity peachy surface and the head bulge can not fill contentedly.And then,it is difficult for designer to design mould correctly.The forming temperature and equipment tonnage are other difficulties to be decided.In general,the designer’s experiences and many mould experimentations are needed to solve these questions.Finite volume method was used to simulate the forming process of spring core-bar.The results show that abnormity radial flange which sets on the top part of eccentricity peachy surface can remarkably retard the metal flow and fully fill it.Increasing the radius of punch near the inner pocket,the head bulge can be fully filled also.The streamline analysis of metal flowing shows that pre-forming wedge on the bottom of part is suitable.The distributing temperature in the part and forming force,which could make certain the forming temperature and select equipment were also analyzed.The comparison between simulation and experimentation result shows that they are accorded with each other.
